Because the products we supply are high-purity research-grade peptides that cannot be re-stocked or re-certified once they leave our chain of custody, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Pure Research Peptides LLC you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Products are sold strictly for laboratory research, scientific analysis, or other qualifying non-human purposes.
  • You have verified that the items, quantities, and shipping details in your order are correct before completing payment.
  • All orders are considered final and may not be cancelled once payment has been processed.
Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Every shipment is photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch. If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit or you believe you have received the wrong item, you must:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product label(s).
  2. Email the images and a brief description of the issue to info@pureresearchpeptidesllc.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

After review we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time reshipment of the affected item(s). No monetary refunds will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pure Research Peptides LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Chargebacks

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback violates the sale agreement. We promptly submit full documentation — including order confirmations, shipping records, product photographs, and copies of this policy — to the processing bank to contest any such claims. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being permanently banned from our platform.
